It’s not the words that come out of your mouth but rather the foods that goes in that determines your health!

If you want to enjoy life, keep on moving, don’t stop. Our bodies are meant to move. As soon as you stop moving, you start dying! We easily forget what we really look like.

I’m an ER Dr. and I remember looking at an obese woman’s X-rays. It was eye-opening to see this enormous, puffed up suit of fat surrounding this tiny skeleton and muscle structure.

Too many people are walking around in a Stay-Puff-Marshmellow Suit. Many folks have forgotten long ago what it was like to be themselves, to run, play, jump, even walk vs. being Stay-Puff-Marshmellow Man/Woman!
